Rapper Lil B is releasing a new mixtape due this week and dropped the controversial new track "I Got AIDS" as the first song from the project. The song is an AIDS awareness song that encourages listeners to get tested for STDS.

At the end of the song, Lil B gives a public service announcement for over a minute, reminding fans to be cautious and avoid unprotected sex.
The song will be featured on Lil B's "BasedGod Velli" mixtape. The project's title is derived from 2Pac's former alias 'Makaveli.'
